Tobias has nearly 20 years of experience in Nordic Private Equity and has worked with investments, ownership governance, and value creation throughout the entire investment cycle. He spent twelve years as a partner in the Buyout team at CapMan and has since held leading roles in investments, board work, and transactions. With deep practical experience in ownership changes and management incentives, he brings a clear understanding of both the owner's and management's perspectives.
